Indianapolis TurnKey - Need Opinion

Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of purchasing my first TurnKey investment out of state, in Indianapolis. I got the inspection report back and am wondering if I can get some of you to provide feedback. I am new to this market so I have no real standards to compare this to.

Address: 3525 Aylesford Ln. The property will supposedly rent for $1,250/mo. I am paying $122,500 for it with 20% down.

I am copying the link to the report and photos below. I'd appreciate some comments as to whether this property, and the quality of the rehab from the photos, is one that can command the $1,250/mo and whether or not it can sustain this in the long run.

Thanks in advance!
