Rental #6 failed

We have been waiting for well over a month to bid on this property.(off a auction) at the end of the auction we WERE the highest bidder... got the congratulations email right after the auction ended. But a couple days later ended up finding out that someone out bid us and the bank is declining our offer. This property is also listed on the MLS but the listing agent would never answer any emails or phone calls. To this day its on the MLS as active and the auction ended well over 10 days ago.
