Hello everyone, a few months ago I asked BP members to advise if a kitchen pantry would increase the value of a house or if we should even ad a pantry and I got a "yes" from a few people on BP, I also needed to know if we should ad a glass shower door to master bathroom or use that money to epoxy the garage floors, I got yeses and no's on that question, so we risked it and did not ad a glass shower door ( you will see pic below of bathroom) and we did not epoxy the garage floors, we instead painted the garage. We did ad a pantry, I found 2 pantry cabinets on Craigslist for $30 pictured below, they needed some TLC well after a good cleaning and some painting they turned out great as you will see in the pictures. So I thought I'd share what went on with this project.

But first I want to thank everyone that took there time to answer these questions for us, you guys are so helpful.

I've included a few before and after pictures and a link to the pictures we used on the listing. We sold the house in September 2015, listed it at $249K and got multiple offers the 1st day on the market and we accepted the highest one of $260k long story short the appraisal came in lower at $247K, but the buyers offered $250K after the appraisal which we accepted.

We have since moved to our next flip which is 5 minutes away from this house (pictures below) we plan to be done with this new project and put it up for sale this year around March or April 2016.

We hope this house we are in now (new project) to be our last "live in flip" (it's very exhausting) we want to do a quicker flip,(not have to wait 2 years to sell).

We are starting a new journey this year with REI, we have accumulated enough capitol through "live in flips" that we are now able to build our dream home on an acre lot (loan and mortgage free) and still have capitol to be able to flip and or build with out having to live in them. We begin this new journey this year and we are going at it stronger than ever, wish us luck ;)

After, the kitchen and master bathroom were the biggest changes (more $$) well you can see the difference.

Like I said the master bathroom was also a very big transformation we had to remove the tub and added a walk in closet plus double sinks, below are pics of before and after also shows my husband working on getting plumbing ready he had worked all day at his job and stayed up working on this till 4 am because the tile guys where coming that morning at 7 am, I always stay up with him to help out as much as I can and take pics. He is such a hard worker, but that's what you need to do when you want to get a head in life, right.

Oh yes, my sister did the staging for me I think she did a beautiful job, and that's not even what she does for a living!
