Creative Financing

Hello,

My name is Joshua Loera and I am a new Real Estate investor.

I am focused on multi-family properties and have been studying and researching the industry very heavily over the past couple of months. I came across a Real Estate investor who currently owns 5 duplexes that are side by side each 3 bedroom 2 baths. He is looking to sell each one for approximately $175,000. I haven't looked at the homes yet but from speaking with him and my property manager, it sounds like a great opportunity.

Being new and having limited funds as a down payment, I am wondering if anyone has ideas for creative financing? I will be occupying one of the duplexes and would like to purchase the remaining 4. If anyone has suggestions or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you,

Joshua Loera
