So ive been trying to spread my name. I like to be like @Grant Cardone. "if you don't know who I am, Ive failed you." Ive had much success in meeting RE proffs. I continue to meet new people and I plan on going to the North Dallas REIA meeting. My plan to market in my area is just go door knocking with my business cards. I will soon get bandit signs and ask permission to place them in peoples yards and if they decline I will be offering to pay $5-$10 a month. any ideas?

Currently I use "email blogging" to everyone I know on a weekly basis to keep them informed on what I do. I plan to use a sophisticated system once I reach 100+ people.

I don't have a way to see if my emails are even being read. from what ive asked, they are just going to junk mail. I use a @outlook email.
