Hello everyone on Bigger Pockets! As you can see by my profile I have little to no experience in real estate and I am brand new to this website. I have been listening to the podcasts for about a month now and I am currently enrolled in the broker pre licensing class to get my license. I was very inspired by the idea of wholesaling, which was talked about in the podcast with Shawn  Holsapple.
