I ran across this property and going to take a look at it later today. Its a 4 unit, each unit is 1Bedroom/1Bathroom with a total of 5 rooms in each unit. Looks to be in good condition from the pictures. What do you think of the numbers?  They are asking for $189K, which looks like it will net me $200/door.  I really like it at $140K though.  This is in upstate NY.
