Canton Ohio a good area for investing ?
Hi,
This Deal Analysis forum is great, I'm learning a lot ! Would very much appreciate opinions on whether Canton, Ohio is a good area for buy and hold or flipping, specifically within a few blocks of intersection of routes 43 and 172. Looks like fixers are available there for less than $10 per sq. ft. Thanks !

@Joel Lebovits Canton is still a good rental market with strong rents. NW covers a broad range of neighborhoods. Generally speaking the closer you get to downtown the rougher the area is.
