How another Bp member helped me relocate!

My wife is attending University of Indianapolis this fall. We had to relocate and didn't have much time to do so. I posted a few questions on here and met several local Indy investors. Shout out to @Shawn Holsapple for making this whole process a breeze. 

Shawn gave me his mortgage brokers contact info, his inspector, and his insurance company. We all know in this industry it all comes down to who is in your network. Using Shawn's help we put in an offer on our home sight unseen. We used his mortgage broker to fund the loan. We used his inspector who is one of the most thorough inspectors I have ever seen. 

When we went to see the home it exceeded our expectations and had things they didn't even list. Newer Trane HVAC, Newer Roof, gutter guards, Etc. I couldn't be happier. 

We closed today and that went off without a hitch.
