Information about Lubbock, Tx.
I've come across a wholesale opportunity on three properties in Lubbock, Texas but am not familiar with this market.
The seller has three rental properties, each valued in the low 40's.
He wants 60k for all three, which seems do-able, but not knowing lubbock demographics I wonder if this is truly a deal worth pursuing or not.
If anyone has expertise in this area that they can share, I'm all ears
