Hello BP this I'm Alex Filipe and this is my first post on here and I'm wanting some advice. Ive been a part of BP for some time now through which I've read endless amounts of posts, books and listening to podcast. To begin with I'm 18 years old and I'll be leaving for military soon and while I'm in the service I plan on starting my REI career. My end goal is to become a billionaire simple as that. I'm currently in high school with be graduating soon. I plan on retiring from military and eventually become and officer upon retirement Id like to transition into RE and make it a full time job. I plan on starting my career with the VA loan buying a quadplex. I'm very much interested in renting as my form of investing. Afterwards I plan on continuously taking out loans to reach my 8 loan mark. Afterwards is where it begins to get interesting. I need to gain capital once I've acquired capital, I plan on using in a "subject to" investment. I think its brilliant why not take people amazing credit scores and use it for my personal benefit. Anyways through which I plan on taking on flipping houses as well while still maintaining buy and hold strategy. I do have one question about this though, which I may be very wrong about but through a subject to investment could I realistically just pay the entire mortgage off, avoid those wonderful interest rates and turn around and sell it make a quick turn around or even better yet renovate then sell? Seems a bit too good to be true. Thanks in advance and and feedback would be great.
