Would anyone do this deal in ATX
Ok, not sure if this is correct category for this question but here goes. Below is a deal I was presented. I am not buying or selling this deal. I have my thoughts on it, but I figured I would ask and see if this looked interesting to anyone.
Howell Terrace Round Rock, TX- $210,000 - $1600 (Potential Rent)
Links ln, Round Rock, TX - $270,000 - $2100 (next yr 2200)
Mesquite Hollow Pl, Round Rock, TX - $285,000 - $2350 (Corporate lease)
Canyon Maple Rd, Pflugerville, TX - $290,000 - $2300 Rent
Windstone ct, Manor, Tx - $230,000 - $1695 Rent
If you are not from austin use 2.4% of purchase price for taxes, $100/month per unit for property management.
Would you buy it, why or why not?
