Anyone use or hear of a company called Veritrust?

awhile back we were helping a homeowner and referred to Veritrust.  He didn't end up using to do an alternate option but his home is back in foreclosure so was again pursuing the option and helping him.  Today faxed in the forms we had got thru Dropbox from the last time and was told they were out of business. This is odd because I had just spoke with someone last week and now told they are out of business since months ago. Very odd. The person I had spoke to was someone who worked there so not sure why she would be there one minute and the next everything is closed.
