Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $109,000
Cash invested: $75,000
Sale price: $255,000

Fix and flip value add. Took a 2/1 and made it a 3/2.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The profit potential due to the value add and the lot size. The property sat on 1.7 acres.

The deal was obtained through a wholesaler.
