 Thank you! It’s great to connect and to be here as well. The property is in Georgia, and the current rent is $950.00 for the property. 

 @Joseph D. Moore That's great. Did you have to do any rehab on the property? Is it a 2-bedroom?

It’s a 3bdrm. The former owner was military and being re stationed overseas. I really did get lucky, due to him being in the process of making multiple updates to the floor and cabinets. Plus, there’s already a long term tenant that has a great track record. All that I had to do was takeover the property.
