Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,000
Cash invested: $35,000

Buyout property that needed significant upgrades to bring to rental market in 2022. Brand new Central Heat and Air conditioning system. New 30 Year roof installed in 2022. Completed kitchen remodel , new cabinets and drawers. New interior and exterior paint.
