Skip Tracing Resources

Can anyone recommend sources for contact information for property owners? I've used Propstream, Red X and Real Estate skip trace with varying levels of information accuracy. Who do you recommend for one off property intel. For example, say I have a foreclosure, or expired listing lead that I would like to find accurate phone numbers for for prospecting. Who have you used that gives the best most accurate contact information?
