This one was purchased through bank foreclosure proceeding's. It was an as is deal and with a minor refresh after purchase it has been a great cash flowing single family LTR.
How did you finance this deal?
Finance was a combination of a few different vehicles and ultimately ended with a HELOC which was then used to fund multiple other projects over the years.
How did you add value to the deal?
Value adds were a combination of market value increases, rentability increases, strategic maintenance and improvements during lease cycles, and property management.
