Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) private money loan investment.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $50,000

I am currently looking for properties for a newly formed non-profit group that wants to supply affordable housing for disabled veterans in the San Antonio, TX, area.
We are looking for SFH, Dups, Trips, or Quads to rehab and meet ADA standards for hold rentals for the disabled veteran community in SA.
If you know of anyone looking to sell a property that might fit our criteria please reach out and give us some support for the disabled veterans community in SA.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Friends who are heading up this project got me interested.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Currently looking for properties to buy and rehab and bring up to ADA standards

How did you finance this deal?

currently looking

How did you add value to the deal?

we will bring these up to ADA standards and make them look and feel homey and comfortable not look like a hospital room.

What was the outcome?

We believe the outcome will be veterans who have a usable, comfortable space to enjoy living.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I have a great realtor in SA, I am a private money lender/broker, if you want more details reach out, and lets talk.
