Looking to Connect with Wholesalers

Hi everyone, I’m currently working with some cash buyers in las Vegas who are actively looking to purchase their next fix-and-flip properties. I’ve been trying to help them find good deals, but I’m struggling to connect with wholesalers whose numbers actually work for these types of projects.

I would love to hear any advice or suggestions on how to find and connect with reliable wholesalers who have solid deals that make sense for fix-and-flip investors.

Any recommendations on where to search, strategies for vetting deals, or tips for building long-term relationships with wholesalers would be greatly appreciated!
