MTR house hacker

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Lineville.

Purchase price: $234,900
Cash invested: $7,000

I house hack 2 bedrooms in a 4-bedroom home as Mid-Term Rentals. I find the MTR strategy easier to manage than Short-Term Rentals while still getting rental income each month. Although I don't live there full time, I have a room so I have a place to stay while I'm in that area.

Congratulations! Did you buy with creative financing given that you only invest $7k? Does that include furnishings?
