Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $585,000
Cash invested: $300,000

10 bedrooms and 7 Bath, 1947 built. Purchased and fully rehab entire house under 6 months.

previous experience in STR

Listing price was $850K, but it was overpriced. we negociated for $585,000
