First Rental still going Strong!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Johnstown.

Purchase price: $362,000
Cash invested: $30,604

This was my first rental investment property! Put down 5% as a primary and house hacked. Moved out and now I get a 47% COC return just 4ish years later!

Long term tenets currently.

Found on the MLS and used a Realtor for the negotiations.
