Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $607,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Just got done with this unfinished home went in and done most the labor myself with my brother and cousin to finish out this 6900 sq ft home we added and addition 900sq ft during the process. It also has 25 acres full private land beautiful place.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

In my small area I just invest in anything that makes sense to be honest

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Bought it off auction

How did you finance this deal?

Partnership

How did you add value to the deal?

Closed in part of the attic space created an additional 900sq ft living space, also finished the home it was only partially finished. Finished out a bathroom in the basement

What was the outcome?

Just listed yesterday so fingers crossed

I’m capable of learning and doing more than I ever imagined. Was told for years to put in action and was afraid to do and still a sometimes but I keep taking steps in the right direction. Fight through fear and watch yourself grow. Use your phone create contacts

In my area I’m working with one of the best realtors in her market she is an absolute go getter her name is Sabrina Brazle.
