Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $10,000

First Investment, house hacking, fixer upper, using as core investment to build on to while learning to make small tiny homes to sell.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The potential of the two homes on site having this home be paid off by renters.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this deal online, and negotiated through a title agency and phone calls and emails.

How did you finance this deal?

10k cash upfront and through a title loan.
