Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $62,550
Cash invested: $62,550

Purchased a cash flowing SFR in Muskegon as our first acquisition of 2024.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The property offered immediate cash flow from day one.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

While building a pole barn for a client's retirement property I learned they were divesting portions of their holdings.

What was the outcome?

First buy and hold acquisition of 2024!
