My first Rental Bought With long term in mind.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $285,000
Cash invested: $15,000

2 BED 3 BATH CORNER LOT

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great location, Near a university. I want to eventually turn it into student housing

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I used my Va Loan to acquire it as a second property and negotiated it down 10k For the sake of veterans day

How did you finance this deal?

Va home loan, traditional mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?

New floor, AC, Roof, Replaced Doors.

What was the outcome?

Increase in renting ability from 2000 a month to 2350 a month

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Dirt backyards are hard to grow grass in.
