Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Meservey.

Purchase price: $265,000
Cash invested: $130,000

3657 Sq. Ft. 2 story home on .25 of an Acre of land. 5 plus bedroom 4 full bathrooms

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was my first built from scratch home that I turned into an asset by renting it out

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Was my first home built from scratch and I am the only owner.

How did you finance this deal?

Loan from the bank

How did you add value to the deal?

updated all lighting, bathroom, hardwood floors and added a full bathroom on the first floor with handicap features

The outcome was superbly great for my growing & extended family.
