Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $190,000
Cash invested: $10,000

1st duplex we are house-hacking $5k seller credit at purchase looking to eventually cash out refi. into the next deal around 5k in initial rehab

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

5k seller credit and new rubber roof

How did you finance this deal?

FHA 3.5% down and 5k seller credit

How did you add value to the deal?

Repaint needed rooms, kitchen facelift including adding a backslash

What was the outcome?

TBD we haven't gotten our first renter yet
