Added some upgrades to the kitchen

Same tenants have lived in this property from the start

Yes. Our friend is a real estate agent and currently manages our 2 investment properties in the area.

@Doug Spence Thanks Doug. No, I don't think I would have done anything differently. It has all worked out pretty well. I'm interested in getting into a multifamily at the moment.
