Our sober living homes are alcohol and drug free environments that provide safe and supportive housing for those in need in San Diego.
All utilities and internet included
No credit check
Shared housing for accountability and community
House rules such as curfews and random drug/alcohol testing
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Hubby and I are both sober 15-16 years each
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
We turned our former owner occupied home into Recovery Residence and bought a new owner occ - strategy is to move every 1-3 years to help rinse/repeat this strategy.
