How do you find median wage growth and population growth? (deciding on a market)

Hello!

I'm starting to look out of state I'm currently picking my market. I've heard on BP to look for:

- median wage growth

- population growth

- employment growth

What are trustworthy resources I can use to find these numbers for any given market? I'm not sure where to look.

Besides these metrics, are there any other general metrics I should consider when deciding my long-distance market?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks!!
