Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Boxborough.

My T.R.I, is a 264-unit corporate extended stay and a 4,000 sf community center development in the Tahoe Reno Industrial (“TRI”) center. Each building is comprised of (29) studio suites and (4) 1-bedroom suites -- fully furnished units with kitchenettes, a 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, a full-service bar and mobile check-in.
