That's right I bought two houses today, one of which is going to settle today also. It was a little bit difficult as some places closed early today, but we made it. The insurance office was scheduled to close at noon, but stayed open so I could get the insurance for the settlement today. I went to the bank today and fortunately made it while they were open.

So while others took the day off, I bought two houses, after settlement, I'm taking the rest of the day off and Christmas too.

Oh yea, did a radio interview this morning for 40 minutes, all is good.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
