BRRRR deal in an appreciating areas

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $185,000
Cash invested: $250,000

A buy and hold BRRRR deal used as a long term rental.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was the deal that introduced me to real estate investing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was and off market wholesale deal.

How did you finance this deal?

HELOC cash purchase which was cash out refinanced after rehab.

How did you add value to the deal?

Kitchen, paint, and new siding.

What was the outcome?

Value add with cash out refinancing to recuperate the money I invested.
