Cash invested: $85,000
Sale price: $275,000

This was a traditional flip utilizing our hard money lender and private lender to pool our cash together and make a great deal happen for everyone!

Purchase, renovation and sale was about 140 days in total.

Covid market so it sold in a weekend..
