My second wholesale deal!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Have you ever seen a more beautiful burn out? This was my second wholesale deal and it was a beater. I got my buyer approved with two hard money lenders that then decided they would not lend on the deal.... Thankfully he had the capital to close this beauty with cash.

Sales Price $65k

Rehab $135k

ARV $290k
