I have not added any value yet but the value has gained from appreciation.

There’s not how come yet but I’m really leaning towards either Airbnb or long-term renting

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Focus on the soil of the land I probably bought the worst piece of land in the best location because the soil is so saturated to where there’s no way I can keep the house level.
