Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $34,000

This was a property my team and I sold that needed some medium range rehab and a new lay out fix. One of our lucky investors purchased this property at $150K and it is located about 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson Airport!! Location is key when looking for Buy and Holds in Georgia.
