Turned my personal cabin into a STR in Strawberry, AZ and have generated ~$89K since June 2020

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I had just gone through a divorce and didn't see myself going up to the cabin that much after that. A friend turned me on to Evolve who helped me get the pics and get it listed out there and a cleaning crew contact who is awesome!! I have been up there maybe 4 times and it rents at around 60-75%
