Spec new construction in Austin
We just sold a home in Austin that we started building in April. Here are some pictures. I'll post some details in following posts.

We are finishing up 3 more spec homes right now in East Austin. Bought a tear down on a corner 3 years ago. Gave the house to my first Austin spec partner and he moved it to another lot and rehabbed it. Then we subdivided the lot into two, and are a few weeks away from finishing the three new homes. One is pre-sold. Two are on the same legal lot and will have a condo association with just two members.
