Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $285,000

My first property! A 3 bed 2 bath located in the growing city of Anna, TX. I'll be house-hacking by renting out 2 of the rooms and living in the master. Finishing up renovations now. Looking to then do it again a year from now!
