Baltimore, MD Analysis and Deals

Hello Bigger Pockets,

This thread is targeted to investors that are currently investing or plan on investing in the Baltimore area. I tried to do a search for "Baltimore" but they all came up as introductions and not many threads on the deals in Baltimore.

For the people that have buy and hold properties in Baltimore, can you please provide us the details (home price, expenses, cash flow, how did you find the deal...etc).

I am also curious on what locations? I heard great things about Belair Edison, Edmonston, Dundalk, Curtis Bay but would like to know specifically what parts in these areas are good? I'm sure not all of Belair Edison is a good place to buy. Maybe a map outlining the areas would be great!

Looking forward to seeing all of the deals in this area.

Thanks!

Regards,

Mike
