Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $415,000
Cash invested: $44,000

We found this property on Crexi.com and we reached out to the seller and turned out he was really motivated to sell and was tired of all the repairs and dealing with the tenants. We were able to negotiate 100k below asking price
