What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We owned the land put house on land ,but money been tight with losing a son to ultra rare cancer we fought for4 years.but not sure how to go about repairs we have equity but extra payments will be tight.

Land was in family for years we put house on it in 2004.

Traditional 30 yr. Loan

We havnt other than appreciation.no I havnt need advice.
