Other other investment.

Purchase price: $18,000
Cash invested: $120,000

This is a Land hack, short term rental style. Me and two other partners acquired a couple acres in north county Johsua Tree and are in the process of developing three Glamp sites, consisting of one A frame cabin and two Geodesic dome homes.
We have all of our blueprints and permits done and in the process of obtaining private funding. We will be hitting ground in Mid May!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The Cash on Cash returns and ability to be on site and work on it. I have a background in general contracting and carpentry.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on the MLS and pitched it to a few local investor friends.

How did you finance this deal?

Private funding.

How did you add value to the deal?

I found the deal, designed the deal, and presented everything in a professional fashion to two older real estate investors.

What was the outcome?

Currently in progress, but we are on budget.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Nothing is easy and profit takes hard work.
