Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Since 1996, I have invested in around 200 properties in the Racine WI area as well as teaching other novice and seasoned investors my strategies. Racine offers the perfect combination of affordable properties, plenty of job opportunities, a large tenant base and a very attractive property value to rent ratio, often exceeding the 1% rule (purchase price to be less than 1% of the gross monthly rent). I thoroughly enjoy assisting others in their journey to property ownership.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The opportunity to be self employed, create a comfortable income for myself and to create a growing net worth year after year.
