First Investment- "little dipper cottage"

Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $84,500
Cash invested: $12,000

str listed on airbnb- small cottage near lake and other outdoor attractions. This is my first investment, so far its doing very well.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was booking an airbnb; as I was paying I had an "aha" moment. Ran the numbers on that specific str and figured it was making around $120k annually with expenses being over estimated. After that I couldn't stop analyzing deals and researching markets.
