Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $130,000
Cash invested: $3,000

Single family buy & hold in Pocatello ID. Bought it undermarket value, put in a little bit of cosmetic work and raised rents for added cashflow. Also sectioned off the back yard as an RV pad to gain extra rental income.
