Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

This is my first home purchase. I lived in it for 10 years and had it rented for two years during that period. Getting ready to rent it again. I made significant improvements, including hardwood floors throughout the house, replaced insulation, water heater, kitchen appliances, shades, master bathroom renovation, added a backyard patio and flower beds, improved landscaping. I purchased it because it is close to the metro (public transportation) and is in a growth area.
